In the fall of 2023 we decided that we would consider selling our home in Darlington, SC that we owned since 2010. The home was our principle residence when we relocated from Canada to the US. In 2012 we returned home to Canada but rented our home in the US. Not having any familiarity of the market we reached out to 6 realtors in early November.
