Melissa is someone who is near and dear to my heart. I had to find a home and move in very quickly. It was thanks to Melissa's diligence, motivation, care, and thoughtfulness that I was able put in an offer and AND CLOSE in just a month! (And two days but that's the weekend's fault). Melissa answered everything single question I had and if I didn't seem to understand it she would call me when I had a moment to go over it even more. She made sure I 100% knew what was happening every step of the way. Working full time I don't have many chances to take a phone call, so being able to communicate via text was one of the biggest blessings! She helped keep me on track by letting me know what was coming up next and what things needed my attention the most. Buying a home on your own for the first time is honestly scary but with Melissa by my side, I felt prepared and so at ease. I can not thank Melissa enough for all she has done for me and am so grateful to have met her. Thank you!!!
