I began working with Mellissa while in PA. She responded immediately to my request for information about a property I saw online. I was scheduled to fly down to Myrtle Beach at the end of the week to begin my search. She presented me with a property which seemed to fit my needs, I however could not view it until the end of the week so I had my son check it out. I put in a bid contingent on my viewing on the day of arrival. Fortunately my offer was countered much prior to my ability to view and not fully understanding how "business" was done in the south, I left it expire. Yes, I said fortunately because upon arrival Mellissa continued working showing me quite a few properties, helping to bid on three, all of which were not even countered. She found one which was absolutely prefect, from the approach to the exit and meeting all of my needs. My offer was countered, she helped negotiate the finial agreement of sale and after 11 days I returned to PA to await closing. During those 11 days Mellissa was in contact with me numerous times a day answering questions, making suggestions and showing properties. She was also in contact with my loan officer providing information he needed and was instrumental in scheduling closing within my timeframe. She was a great asset to me, went out of her way to assist me not only during normal business hours but also late evening and weekend as well. I am now in my new home a little over a week and know this really is prefect for me and my current position in life.
