I can not say enough great things about Melissa and about her process of selling our house. She made a very stressful, quick sell into one of the easiest processes I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was understanding and patience as we were agonizing over whether to sell or not and was honest with her options, never once trying to sway us one way or the other. Then when we decided to sell, she was direct with what needed to be done so we could make the house show the best and helped us negotiation the best price we could get. She went above and beyond when the movers left things we just had no way to take with us and relieved my stress along the whole way. Once we were under contract, we literally had to do nothing beside pack and move. She is truly one of a kind.

We had previously worked with Melissa about 7 years ago to purchase a home.The process was very smooth.She is very thorough, listens to your wants/needs and theres no pressure to make decisions youre not comfortable with. We chose Melissa again recently to sell our house and buy a new home. Even with the market being as crazy as it was Melissa was very knowledgeable of all things we needed to consider with selling, but most importantly never pressured us into settling on choosing a home we didnt want to buy. Getting all those tidbits of knowledge along the way from her that a homeowner doesnt always think about was extremely helpful. Response time is very important and there was never any waiting for a response. The whole process was made much easier by Melissa knowing what we really wanted and doing everything she could along the way to help us.
