I would not recommend Melissa to anyone. After we repeatedly told her how important communication was to us, we always were the ones contacting her for information and updates. She never gave us updates on the market in the area. It took her weeks to schedule an open house and did not provide feedback until we called her. She did not even tell us when our house was shown, and then decided to move to a new state without even telling us.
