About Melissa DeSantis

Born in Ogden, Utah, with a short stint in New York before settling in Manalapan, New Jersey with my husband Davin, twins - Nicholas and Gabriella & dog Sadie, I've had time to observe the real estate market, gathering much needed experience along the way. Prior to my real estate career, I worked for the National Football League in New York City, and then in medical sales for many years. I delved deeper into the Real Estate Market in 2005, helping my clients get the best deals possible and managing portfolios. My unique skill set and result-oriented approach has won me several awards, including the 2008-2021 NJAR Circle of Excellence, Distinguished Sales & Five Star Professional Awards Recipient, the Remax 100% Club, and the Hall of Fame & Executive Club Awards. I've been featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine and Within Industry Magazine & appeared on Inside Edition as a top real estate agent. I met Melissa in June 2020 when I listed my home with another Broker. Melissa represented the buyers of my sale. During the course of 2 1/2 months of contract until late August closing, Melissa was constantly updating not only her clients, but updating and assisting my wife and I as to all required steps to get the process done quickly and correctly. Melissa really became my "Go to Broker/Agent" and we wound up relying on her guidance and focus much more than our own Broker. Like all transactions of this type, there were significant "bumps". Regardless of what the issues were, Melissa was able to mediate with her clients and us to resolve any issues that came up when my own Broker was not available and/or focused on my needs.
