I met Melissa in June 2020 when I listed my home with another Broker. Melissa represented the buyers of my sale. During the course of 2 1/2 months of contract until late August closing, Melissa was constantly updating not only her clients, but updating and assisting my wife and I as to all required steps to get the process done quickly and correctly. Melissa really became my "Go to Broker/Agent" and we wound up relying on her guidance and focus much more than our own Broker. Like all transactions of this type, there were significant "bumps". Regardless of what the issues were, Melissa was able to mediate with her clients and us to resolve any issues that came up when my own Broker was not available and/or focused on my needs.
