Melissa was amazing to work with and helped us navigate selling our home in MA all while already mid relocation to NC for a job with 3 animals and an infant. We had some trouble in the beginning with another realtor who made our home feel like it was in worse shape than it was despite our efforts and improvements we made during our time. We unfortunately had to sell sooner than we expected which put us in a tough place. Despite our discouragement , Melissa came on board mid way and was able to turn it around into a positive! She was extremely professional but also personal and empathetic to our situation unlike our previous experience. She kept us informed every step of the way which was honestly such a relief and its very hard selling your home from another state. Melissa went out of her way to do things for our house and even set up inspections/appointments while we were 900 miles away. She helped us tremendously and put us at ease, knowing our home was in her hands. We ended up getting multiple offers over asking (which we originally thought would be impossible) and she guided us through the options being first time sellers. We will be recommending her to any friends and family in the area if they ever need a realtor. Although we never physically met due to the circumstances, she has become like family. Thank you again, Melissa! We couldnt have done it without you.
