Mel is the best agent in South Jersey. I had spoken with other agents that were rude and uncaring. I was honestly doubting if moving to the area was a good idea, but then I found Mel. She took the time to connect with me as a person, understanding my dreams for a new house. My husband and I were moving from Michigan, so it was important we found someone we trusted. When we came to visit homes, Mel spent the whole day with us and explained the tradeoffs of each neighborhood. She also gave great feedback on houses and had a sense of humor and ease regarding the whole process. Our second house offer was accepted and she helped us negotiate.
