I requested an appointment to see a house via Zillow and met Melisa Anderson that afternoon. From the start we clicked and I immediately knew I wanted to work together. Melisa is a fantastic agent. Took the time to get to know me and helped me find a dream place in an insane market for buyers. Extremely knowledgeable about homes in all regards, everything from roofing to siding to interior design elements and their rough monetary valuation. Great eye for room layout and the potential/drawbacks of residential design as a whole. I'm a tradesman and found her analysis of HVAC and plumbing to be impressive and thats my main area of expertise. And her breakdown of comparable homes and the bigger picture of the US housing market was critical in enabling me to make the smartest move I could. I'm already seeing signs that she was dead on about housing market changes. Melisa was always responsive and set up listings quickly. Her team at JFK Living was professional. They even helped me navigate a deal that went south (fault entirely on sellers end). In the age of real estate apps, everything moves quickly and you need people representing you who can keep up.
