Marc and Melinda were absolutely on top of their game. Worked around my schedule, my budget, my priorities/wishlist requirements for my perfect match. I thought it would take forever to find with all that I was asking for and Melinda reassured me that it will happen and to be patient. She would set up an efficient appointment schedule to visit the homes every Saturday morning to early afternoon and by the 3rd Saturday after getting my heart broken from falling in love with a home and being over bid well above my budget, the perfect home came along and everything flowed into place; well, I'm sure Marc and Melinda made it feel that way, as they negotiated some details that needed attention and extra bells and whistles were magically taken care of. I have to admit, I miss my weekends with them as it started to feel like a pleasant morning routine with a car filled with healthy snacks, delicious coffee and tea and great conversations. They are so helpful and fun good souls. Both are very knowledgeable in their field and even thought Melinda had some kind of engineering/construction background that she would note every crack and construction detail of attention in every home. Freedom First and Melinda Johnson are simply a cut above. I can't really compare them to other similar experiences because they are in a league of their own.
