Melinda is very knowledgeable about the market. She showed us recent sales of competitive homes in our neighborhood and current homes for sale so we could price our house correctly. Since we havent gone through the process of selling a home in the last twenty years, Melinda guided us through the process of preparing our home before putting it on the market. For example, properly staging the house by removing some personal items really helped buyers focus on the home. She also hired an excellent photographer who took pictures which really showed the best qualities of our house.
