For impatient readers here's the Cliff Notes version: She knows, in detail, the ins and outs of real estate in the Willamette Valley. She is a steadfast advocate for her clients. One cannot go wrong in selecting Melina as their realtor. For those who actually went to class and read the assigned materials, here's the longer version. Melina understands Oregon real estate law, customs and practices. She is a fantastic negotiator and strategist who can help guide her clients to positive outcomes. She has an eye for detail and can rival the most seasoned building inspector at finding a property's flaws and strengths. She is a wealth of local knowledge, able to provide detailed descriptions of a community's pros and cons - especially as they relate to her clients wants and needs. Melina has a ready supply of trusted professional referrals whether it be an attorney, a plumber or a caterer for the first soiree in your new home. Melina also has, almost disturbingly so, a preternatural sense of what her clients want before they do. She can sum those wants up in a few descriptive words that provide that "A-ha" moment and add clarity to her clients' property search. All of the above would be enough to recommend Melina to house hunters in the Willamette Valley but it all pales in comparison to her greatest attribute: her indefatigable advocacy and diligence on behalf of her clients. I have watched her scramble into a crawl space, in full realtor attire, to check the condition of floor joists or find out where a pipe goes. She works tirelessly after hours to provide answers to questions, locate new properties or negotiate a deal. She is always available and ready to address her clients concerns. Melina is the best...two snaps up.

Melina was wonderful throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to any of our questions or concerns. She did a lot to help us get our home prepped for being put on the market, was very involved and active in adjusting the listing so it received as much traffic as possible and really went above and beyond to give all the support we could ask through the exhausting process of showings and inspections, etc. We appreciate her so much!

Melina was with us for months while we prepped our house for sale, got it listed, and then sold. I can't imagine using any other realtor. It was our first time selling a house and there were a lot of moving parts (with renovations/repairs and a cross country move in the middle of things), but Melina guided and supported us every step of the way.
