If you are looking for the complete package for an agent I would have to say Melanie Mapes is all of that, She knows the right people to get things done, she is very patient and helpful and does pay a lot of attention to detail in what you want and need. My house needed some work and Melanie was wonderful at finding people in the area that were highly regarded in the areas that I needed to get the jobs done. She has so much knowledge and if she can't answer something she will figure who can. I can't say enough about this wonderful agent.. As hard as it was for me at times getting thru the process she was also wonderful support and great at communicating and staying in touch with me. I highly recommend Melanie!!!!!
