Melanie Goodenberger

Melanie is a lifelong resident of McCook. In 1985 she graduate from McCook Senior High School, and in 1989 she graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with emphasis in Marketing and Management. In 1993 she received her real estate sales license, and in 1996 her real estate brokers license from the State of Nebraska. In 1999, Melanie started Golden Plains Realty in McCook. She has two children Dalton and Alexis. You will find Melanie very happy to answer any questions you may have in buying or selling a home.
