We had previously worked with Melanie to purchase the home that we were in so working with her again was a no brainer. I called Melanie to set up our first meeting to do a walkthrough. In 2013 I moved from Texas to Washington. I bought my first home from Melanie sight unseen. She had done several pictures and videos and had some work done in order to pass inspection for me. She then met me at midnight when I came in to hand me my keys and welcome me home. It was a great experience, and I then went back to her when I sold in 2021.
