ZillowVERIFIEDI first had contact with Mel thru Zillow's disclosure of her being the listing agent. I contacted her from across the country to find out particulars of her listing. After traveling to her location, she not only told me of that listing but of similar ones in the area which might suit me better. She kept extensive records on all her listings and was able to give me insights into formulating an offer. Mel was extremely diligent on getting back and forth with the Seller, and I had no problem choosing her as my agent to represent me in making an offer. She was able to find the correct middle ground, as she had to do to be a dual agent, representing both sides. She was able to meet with me on short notice, and followed the transaction thru presentation, submitting offers, communicating with the Title agency and finally achieving a closing, a day ahead of schedule. I recommend her unequivocally.
