We worked with Meir for about 8 months for 3 transactions. As sellers he gave us a reasonable list of things to do to help make our house the most marketable without breaking the bank. We had multiple offers and he helped us navigate that process seamlessly. As buyers he listened to what we were looking for and helped us find our new home. He was great helping us negotiate during a hot market. In between selling and buying he also helped us find a rental that accommodated our storage and dog. Meir knows the market. He listens and delivers. Meir is honest and patient. He was almost always available for questions along the way. Never did we get a sense that we were just a sale to him. We used a different realtor for another home who was a friend and neighbor at the time. One would think a friend would have our back. Meir treated us far better than they did, hands down!
Meir helped us purchase our first home. The market was unusually competitive at the time, but he helped us keep things simple and smooth. Overall it was a fairly low stress process. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and patience in explaining things to us.
Meir is the consummate real estate professional. He is such a pleasure to communicate with, and is always prompt and responsive. I couldn't have been more pleased in how he managed the sale of my home from soup to nuts. Advising on pre-sale improvements, managing open houses, negotiating in the most efficient and successful way, and attending the closing. Meir went out of his way to be sure things were handled and I was advised of updates. I recommend him very highly if you are looking to sell or buy a home.
Meir did a fantastic job at helping us purchase a property in town. We have since used his services to purchase a second house and manage an investment property for us. I cant say enough good things about Meir. We have since referred him to many of our friends and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a new home. My wife and I spent over year searching for the right place, looking throughout the greater Boston area - from Wellesley and Natick, to Ashland, Hopkinton, and even areas north of Boston. Meir patiently guided us through the whole process and never tried to rush us into buying something that wasnt right for us. I'm glad we waited, as we eventually found the perfect home. Meir knows the Boston market extremely well, with deep local knowledge especially in Wellesley and Natick. He also knows what to look for when evaluating older homes, and can help you avoid places that might require costly upgrades and repairs. This is very helpful in the greater Boston area as many homes are very dated. During the negotiation and offer process, he guided us through the key steps and did not try to push us into anything that we werent comfortable with. Overall, Meirs patient approach and distinct knowledge of the local landscape and buying process make him an outstanding agent.
Meir is a true professional. He helped us with renting out our house for several years and then we asked him to sell it too this year. It wasn't easy and he worked very hard, very detailed, and earned every penny. We would highly recommend Meir to prospects and use his services again if we have the opportunity.

As I mentioned earlier, we were new to the country and had no knowledge or contacts to facilitate the purchase of the home. All his contacts turned out to be awesome and made the purchase a very smooth one. In summary, we had a great experience utilizing Meir Segal of Andrew Mitchell & Co for the purchase of our new home. In today's world, customer service is very important and I feel Meir is the epitome of delivering customer service that would exceed your expectations.
Meir was a true pleasure to work with! He really listened to what we needed, helped us narrow down the choices, and provided great insight into the pricing and negotiating possibilities. When it came time to negotiate, he made the flurry of offers, counters, etc. seem easy. We'd work with him again in a heart-beat -- can't say enough good things!
We could not be happier with the help and service that Meir has provided to us. Meir is smart, kind and sincere, he is honest and trustworthy and reliable and he will do whatever it takes to help you get through buying or selling a home with a result that you can feel good about. When we were looking to purchase a home in Raleigh, North Carolina after selling our home in Wellesley, we seriously considered asking Meir if we could retain him to spend a weekend in Raleigh scoping things out for us because we trust him so much and know that he is always looking out for our best interests (and not just his own commission) and that is so difficult to find!
