Soooo many words and things I wish I could say about Megann! She first helped us with my moms condo, we were in a a hard spot and she made things happen for us. Megann Centeno is the best realtor around!!! Her service is amazing, her knowledge is A1, and shes honest about her work. My husband and I are first time buyers and she made the process as easy as can be even though we went in blind not knowing much. We found a nice condominium that we were interested and went into the process got our offer accepted and that good stuff. After offer approved unfortunately we encountered problems with the tenants where they decided to squat and made the process a lot more complicated. Megann stepped and guided us and pretty much took control of the situation. Even though these people decided to squat for about 6-7 months Megann remained patient with us throughout the whole thing even after removing the tenants and walking to a wrecked home. After waiting so long still offered her help to fix up our home. We have now been in our first home for about 4 months all thanks to Meg. Unfortunately, we met MEGANN under a difficult season, which ended up being the best experience for us. There are lots of intricate details when dealing with the loss of the last parent, and all their belongings, including our late mothers home. She made the process seamless, great communication (which was huge for me), professional, and a woman of her word. We met her on a Tuesday (I believe) and she was very down to earth, which eased the process and all the formalities that go with introductions. She literally said, aEURoeIf you allow me, I will send the photographer tomorrow, call my colleagues, place on the MLS, have open house on Saturday and Sunday, and by Tuesday your house should be sold.aEUR? It was close to that, but hadnt expected the hurdle of one of the agents placing a house way below market level causing a frenzy and leaving all the other houses that were listed at the correct value looking too high. But, even with that, our house sold the following Wednesday, and since it was an estate sale, which we sold aEURoeas isaEUR?, so very little was asked of us to solidify the sale. The hugest compliment, regardless of words being said, would be if we would use her again. I cannot speak for my brother, but if I wanted to relocate, I would call her to sell our home. I would entrust her again, but this time with my own personal property with assurance and confidence that I am in knowledgeable hands, which are confident, responsive, and an expert in her field.
