We had the complexity of searching for a house from out of state and thanks to Megans expertise, we found our home in 2 visits! She listened to all of our preferences and was extremely organized in planning our viewing route efficiently. As first time homebuyers, she took initiatives to find us answers to questions we didnt even think to ask. We stayed within budget, got our second offer accepted, and closed on a beautiful home that we absolutely love! She was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our entire journey. And since we couldnt be there, she picked up the keys, made us a video tour of the house on closing day, and overall went above and beyond to arrange things in our absence. Megan helped us buy our first house in 2016 and then last year she helped us in selling that house and buying a new house on whidbey island. The process was not super easy ( because the sellers were very difficult) but Megan was very communicative and helped us through the whole process. She made what could've been a really hard purchase as pleasant as it could be. She also advocated for us on multiple occasions helping us negotiate things that should've been included in the purchase. We procured Megan's services fairly close to our listing due to unforeseen circumstances. She was ready to jump into our home listing and needs, and handled things very smoothly.
