I'm writing this review from my couch in the home Megan helped me find over the summer. I trusted Megan from the beginning because she was honest, listened to what I was looking for and helped me be objective through searching for and purchasing my first home. Shes incredibly knowledgeable of Indianapolis and pointed out insightful things while looking through older homes. It also stood out to me when other relators would tell me aEUR~I had a good one while we were visiting homes and open houses. She is kind, respectful, responsive and smart. The perfect person to help you navigate a constantly changing housing market. When it was time to put in an offer, Megan was great at explaining the levers to pull to be competitive and also understand what my personal line was. She ended up helping me find and negotiate a great home in Broad Ripple that is a home for now and hopefully a great investment for the future. I cant recommend Megan enough and have also had great experiences with the lender, insurance agent and contractors she has recommended.

Megan has walked me through 3 home purchases and 2 sales. From buying my first house, when I didn't even know where to start and I couldn't quite verbalize what I was looking for, SHE found the perfect one for me. A few years later it was time to sell that house because I got married and moved to the suburbs, Megan managed to get me a pre-listing offer! It was an easy and smooth transaction. Then she helped me and my husband buy a family home that was a perfect fit for everyone involved. Unfortunately, just over a year later, she navigated the sale of that house in the middle of a pandemic and an ugly divorce. Megan was 'Switzerland' throughout that transaction and was able to manage all communication in a near impossible situation.
