I really can't say enough about my experience with Megan. My home buying process started a couple of years ago with some personal situations putting this process on hold during that time. Not only has she been patient and supportive of my situation, she made the buying and selling process so incredibly easy and stress-free. Ive bought and sold a lot of properties over the last 25 years. Ive worked with many different types of realtors in that time, but my experience with Megan was the most professional, well-handled, helpful, hands-off (for me!) Ive ever encountered. My father passed away, leaving his home in FL, and I live in NC. Megan handled things that she definitely did not have to, communicated with contractors and the builder, went above and beyond in ways that only the best of the best would be capable of. She brings HEART to her work - with her, you know its more than just a job. I could not recommend her more - she is dedicated to her craft and it shows in her passion and professionalism. I have zero complaints, absolutely none. I feel like my best friend was helping me, looking out for me.
