Megan and the CoVA team helped us sell our home in Portsmouth in no time! Due to my husband's military obligations, we had to list our home one month after having our first baby. Megan helped us prep the home for the market before Beckett's arrival by giving us a list of items to stage the home, vendors to do pre-inspections, and even had the pictures taken early, which were beautiful and had a one day turn around! When it was time to list, everything was ready to go. We had over 25 showings in the first week! Megan did her best to qualify the buyers to not unnecessarily put out for showings with our two dogs and baby.
