Not only did she always communicate the status and what was needed during the entire process, Megan also handled all the contractor scheduling and quality control since we were unable to because we live out of state. During all of this, Megan still found time to patiently educate us on all the different components and requirements that are involved with selling a house all the way until the close of escrow which happened much faster than we expected! I don't even know where to start with the things I want to say about Megan and Dream Catcher Realty. I literally couldn't be more pleased that I chose her to sell my home. Megan is the best!! She sold our home quickly (during a pandemic) and above asking price. Megan is professional, honest, responsive and completely reliable!
