1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Go In with a plan and a pre-approval. When you find something you love, you do not want to wait for lending and risking the chance of losing your perfect home
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
presentation and pricing is everything. People tend to overprice in this market but it can eliminate half of your buyers and potential sales. Pricing correctly does NOT mean you won't receive an "over asking" offer. It will hurt you more than it will help you pricing wrong
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with every type of client you can think of. First time home buyers, Military families, families moving from the north, Florida natives looking to relocate, and even investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was able to get my first time homebuyer into a home that we initially thought would be outside of their preapproval. I was able to get the closing cost paid for by the sellers, and got them into a 2021 manufactured home on an acre of land after other realtors told them they needed to wait a year before purchasing a home. Connections to great lender, and a team that can brainstorm ideas to make a transaction work is where you will get the job done. I have all of those resources.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
When my husband and I got stationed back in Florida we built our first home. I had many friends and family reaching out to me asking about the process and information so they could build. I helped so many and enjoyed it, I knew this was the occupation I needed to be in!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have an education in Business and Finance that can help my clients even after we close on a home.
