Megan was an absolute Godsend. Made real estate so easy for us to understand. My husband and I were looking to sell our home this summer and were in the process of talking to an investor who I called from a mailer I had received. They were very pushy and just the whole transaction didnt feel right. We just felt like they were way under pricing the home to get a quick dollar. I told my co-worker about the whole deal and she recommended the Realtor who sold her home, Megan Collette. I called Megan on a Monday and she was at our home the next morning. She was willing to look over the contract paperwork the investor had sent us and she recommended that we not sign it as the investor was not being 100% transparent and was WAY UNDER SELLING OUR PROPERTY. From there, we fired the investor, and decided that Megan was our next Realtor. She actually took time to walk around our home and help us stage things so we were more show ready for when we listed the home.
