We cannot recommend Meg and Eric enough! I wish I could give more then five stars! Before I go into all the details of how awesome they are, I just want to start that our whole family loves them. Our three children run and hug her every time they see her. Team Howlett has helped us find our last two houses over the years. When my husband and I were new parents and looking for our first house years ago Meg took us step by step through every step of the way. She told us who to call and what to do, even coming to our tiny apartment multiple times after hours for us to sign paperwork. She is truly the Realtor Mom we should all have when buying a new house. Meg and Eric work with people who are down-sizing. I interviewed 3 agents and the reason I went with Meg is because she said, ?Please just move, that?s a big enough job. We were moving full time out of state with no need of current furnishings. She and Eric took care of everything. They got the auctioneer. (And when it didn?t all fit in the auctioneer?s truck, Eric loaded up his own truck, drove it to Monticello and finished the job! They arranged for the house to get cleaned. Since we were already out of state during closing, she hand carried proceeds check to my personal administrator. People need to know that they provide a service that nobody else does because they deeply care about their clients. A downsizing move is really tough, but they were there to make it easier. Im sure Meg and Eric can help some other people in similar situations. MEG MAKES THIS PROCESS OF SELLING A HOME VERY EASY. CANT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!!!

What an absolute professional and angel! I got the house of my dreams. I was out of town and couldnt see the house in person. They went the extra mile and did a video walk through for me.
