Where do I start? First off, we?re not from the area so through the Zillow process Meagan Black was selected for me. I did not know her nor was she recommended by a friend. So I will admit, I was a little skeptical of securing an agent in this way, at first. Buying a home across country, sight unseen is more than a little scary. But that feeling soon dissipated. Within minutes of meeting Meagan via FaceTime I felt so comfortable and relieved and knew I was in good hands. That feeling only continued to be reinforced as she was there for me every step of the way. She led me through face time walk throughs, took tons of pictures, met with my sister for another walk through, drove around the neighborhood, consulted on my behalf, made sure I understood the whole real estate process in a different state, and answered all my phone calls, texts and emails within minutes. The best part was that she even initiated appointments with contractors and made sure they had what they needed to take care of business after the deal was done since I couldn?t be there in person myself. More importantly she anticipated this need and offered it to me. She truly went above and beyond. Through this whole process she not only exhibited complete professionalism but I feel has become a friend. After working with her like this I have grown to trust her and can highly recommend Meagan to anyone, in state or out, to help you find not only a house but your home.
