I met McKenzie in 2020. Since then we worked on several projects, and we are currently working on another project. McKenzie provided highly professional real estate services, including finding tenants for the properties I own in New York state. She is very careful to have the interest of the client in mind in all circumstances, she is prompt, and very knowledgeable. She's tactful and diplomatic in her interactions with me and my team, my agents, my accountant, my tenants, or my family. Her expertise on the real estate market is impressive, she guided my choices in circumstances that were difficult for me to navigate on my own. McKenzie reached out to me on Facebook after I had posted that I was struggling to find a rental... I was hesitant to accept her help as I knew I couldn't afford an agent fee. Once I mentioned that to her she told me not to worry about it right now and I could pay her back in another way at another time. McKenzie provided a highly professional service to us for both the sale of my deceased father's principal residence, as well as a vacant lot near a local ski area. Further, she kept after the other service providers involved to keep them focused on the task needed for timely closings. McKenzie also hired a drone photographer to help potential buyers of the vacant lot get a sense of its proximity to the ski resort. Five stars for sure.
