As a first-time homebuyer, I am so glad I worked with Michael! He did an excellent job zeroing in on what I was looking for in a condo, and helped me understand and navigate the homebuying process, addressing all of my concerns and questions along the way. We looked at a ton of condos until I found one that was perfect, and Michael was friendly, communicative, and patient throughout the process. I had a very specific building in mind when I started looking, and now I live there! I would especially recommend Michael to others navigating the homebuying process for the first time. In a market like Seattle's, real estate can feel extremely overwhelming and opaque. He made it accessible and transparent.

Michael was completely reliable and responsive in my daughter's purchase of a condo in Seattle. He really listened to her preferences and was incredibly patient and diligent in helping her search for just the right place. When we found just the right place there were competitive offers. I just purchased my second house with Mike. Mike was my agent when I purchased my primary residence in May 2021 and a rental in October 2022. I recommended him to a friend that used him to purchase a house earlier this year as well. I've been particularly happy with how well Mike talks with other agents to get tidbits of information that help with negotiations (he doesn't just text or email, he actually calls people). I've also been really impressed will how well he negotiates with the sellers. In 2021, during a bidding war, Mike made sure I got last look which gave me the ability to get the house I wanted. For my recent purchase, Mike negotiated a price reduction to exactly where I wanted to get. Additionally, Mike recently helped me negotiate on an off-market deal. He didn't get any compensation from the work as it was handled between myself and my neighbor, but he was instrumental in walking me through key points that saved me money with the sellers. He didn't need to help me but was gracious with his time and was very helpful.

Maynard was our agent for the purchase of our house in 2015, and ultimately the sale of it in 2022. From the very beginning, he was always clear, communicative, and available. He has shown us to be an expert on all the processes of purchase and sale as well as having an intimate knowledge of the Seattle area. As I've already reviewed Maynard and his team for the purchase of our home back in 2015, I'll speak to the sale process. From the beginning, Maynard took the stress out of selling. Frightening things like painting, cleaning, staging, inspections, etc., were all handled by Maynard. I appreciated that anytime there was something for us to do, he made sure we had plenty of time to take any actions necessary and made deadlines very clear. He was also quite confident that our house would find a buyer as the market took a turn, which had us quite a bit unnerved. While we were fretting about the house withering on the market during a period of uncertainty, Maynard was a calming force. And he was right to be, as we ultimately found our buyers.I'd highly recommend Maynard and his team!

My first impression with Maynard was he's a really friendly, calm, experienced and knowledgeable agent who always put a smile on his face. Rather than being aggressive to try to get me as his client, he provided an objective view on the current housing market and my property, shared what/how he can help to sell the property at a good price and leave a lot of room for me to consider choosing him as my listing agent.After my entire selling experience, I can certainly say if you don't want a hands-on selling experience (especially when you sell a property remotely) and you also want an optimal result, Maynar is a no-brainer choices. Before listing the property, Maynard took care of all the contractor and touch-up work. He quoted multiple contractor and picked the one with most reasonable quote. The promotion material he created for listing was phenomenal (yes, there was a webpage dedicated for my property). He constantly shared the status after the open house and the potential interest without leaving me in the dark. Maynard got me the best offer that was totally exceeding my expectation as the market was experiencing some softness by being very strategic to make multiple buyers competing with each other. That all happened without me participating in the negotiation process at all and all I need to do was to sign the best offer he got from those buyers on behalf of my interest.
