Maya and her family have been amazing throughout the whole process! I left my old realtor when I met her at a house showing where she was the listing agent. She listened to what I was interested in buying, gave me lots of suggestions, was quick to get tours scheduled, and always responsive. She also knows EVERYBODY. It's wild how many connections she has. I have probably 5 different contractors contact info saved who can help with anything for the house I bought. I'm a first time home buyer, and she walked me through the whole process and was patient with me asking tons of questions (often more than once). Her contractors have done good work and at good prices and on very short notice. I almost don't want to recommend her so I can keep her all to myself but I guess you can use her too haha. PS she always checked in about my pets too and was happy to answer questions my dad had as well. Just a genuinely kind person whose whole family is involved in real estate.

My husband and I first met Maya at an open house. While that house was not the one we were looking for, meeting Maya turned out to be a win for us. She is very knowledgeable about real estate in the greater Raleigh area. Her years of experience proved to be so beneficial when we finally found the house we wanted. By that time we had left the area and returned home to Wisconsin. Maya went to the house, made a video of the house for us as she did a thorough walk through and gave us her professional opinion. She helped us prepare an offer the next day. Our offer was accepted that day. Then she and her team were there for us all the way through the closing. Our questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner. And we were provided with all the information we needed to get utilities switched over to our name and to deal with all the details around closing on a house. Maya is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced realtor we have ever worked with. Her kindness and her friendship were completely authentic.
