But life changes and as I was navigating a divorce during the pandemic, Maya was there for me not only as my agent but as my friend and part of my support system during that time. She helped me purchase a condo in downtown Raleigh, and the building was the first condo building to be constructed in over 10 years. Condos are not as common in the triangle, but she was so knowledgeable from when she was an agent in Florida where it is more common to buy and sell a condo in that market.
