Max reached out to me as I was trying to sell my home FSBO and, Ill admit, his low commission rate both caught my attention and also made me question how a realtor could possibly offer their services at such a rate. I continued to try selling on my own but kept his info. After a couple weeks of getting little interest on my house (which was move-in ready and priced competitively) I decided to consider listing with Max. I was still hesitant.
