He has fantastic, reasonable tactics that helped us close fast and easy on both of my deals. He sets up his offers to be win-wins for both the buyer and seller so everyone walks away happy. 3) Expertise - Max has knowledge of all the neighborhoods and streets in Philly. He pays attention to all the macro and micro trends in the city and knows where the best places to buy are. When he heard I was in the market for an investment property, he helped build and walk through customized financial models for each of the properties that we evaluated. This was extremely helpful because I knew I had found a fantastic property. 4) Network - Max has an extensive network of realtors, builders, developers, property managers, insurance agents, and lenders in the city. He has knowledge of a host of different loan products on the market and connects you with the right person to get you best deal. (Ask him how he helped me buy a new home with 0% down, no PMI, and industry lowest interest rate). His network at Powered by McCann gives him extremely high credibility within the real estate community. When we got into a bidding war, his reputation, credibility in closing helped us achieve an edge over the other offers (without offering any more money).
