Together, Zac Morton and I run the MoJo Real Estate Team. Our team consists of 12 agents and 3 admin staff. We specialize in repeat & referral business and average 200 transactions per year in the Kansas City metro area. We are licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and have experience with acreage rural property, lake front communities, sub-urban new construction & resale, and urban condos & townhomes. We work with buyers, sellers, and investors of single family and multi-family residential real estate. We're also investors ourselves and purchase buy-and-hold rental properties and flip between 5-7 properties annually. Together, Zac and I have over 30 years of experience and network with the best service providers and contractor in the Kansas City area to position ourselves as a go-to resource for all of our clients.
