We couldn't have asked for a better home-buying experience or better realtor than Katryna. From the very start, Katryna wowed us with her expert knowledge, confidence in getting us a great home, professionalism, and ability to answer any and all questions. We had a few preliminary meetings, where Katryna took the time to get to know us and to educate us about the Stamford area (since we'd be brand new to the area). She was excellent about finding and sending us homes that we'd be interested in, as well as homes to give us a good idea on price points for Stamford. One of the houses she sent was the one we ended purchasing! Everything from the home inspection to negotiations to closing was so well done with her amazing support. Home-buying is absolutely not an easy or stress-free process, but Katryna was constantly going to bat for us and communicating with us every step of the way. We ended up getting a great deal in a beautiful part of Stamford in a house we love and feels so very us. Katryna is simply outstanding. For a first time homebuyer, the process was intensely complex and anxiety-provoking.
