His advice was invaluable. He is very nice and easy to deal with but most importantly he is working for you and not trying to just get a deal done so he can move on. ZillowVERIFIED Max was amazing! He helped us on our first home buying experience and we couldn?t have asked for anyone better. He held our hand throughout the process in the craziest housing market in a long time! He was extremely patient with us throughout the process and was always willing to find time to explain stuff to us or take us to a house we all knew we would not bid on. He never pushed us to bid higher or bid on something that wasn?t ideal. He was a great at strategizing with us to help us differentiate our bid from others in ways that weren?t just ?all cash? or highest headline price (which we needed in this market). He started working with us two years ago and stuck with us through the long process of looking at many houses and making numerous offers until we found just the right one. Even when we almost quit looking and planned to renew our lease in Brooklyn a year ago because driving out to CT every weekend was too much, Max persevered. He went above and beyond and helped us find a house in CT to rent while we continued our search for our forever home. He knows everyone and everyone knows him, which helps when sellers are getting numerous offers and he even lined me up with all his service providers after we moved in (carpenter, painter, hard wood floors, pool cleaner, interior designer, etc.) who took great care of us because we were Max?s client.
