Great experience working with Max! This was our second transaction with which Max assisted; he had also helped us find the house we just sold (purchased in 2015). Max worked with us to recommend some prep work and staging along with sharing prescient advice with respect to listing our house for sale. We think he achieved the sweet spot as respects pricing, as the home attracted tremendous attention online & foot traffic; after just four days as a live, active listing, more than 80 potential buyers had been through the home and we had over a dozen competitive offers to review.
