Amy was wonderful! She paid attention to everything we liked/didnt like in each house. After viewing a couple of houses, she had a clear idea of were looking for exactly. She was up to date with market trends (unlike other realtors we spoke to before we went with Amy). She is very honest and she doesnt try to sell you anything. We walk into a house and she points out everything she notices (good & bad). We were looking in Livermore, Castro Valley, and Hayward hills and she was very knowledgable when it comes to neighborhoods, schools, and more. She is very friendly and punctual. Once we were ready to put in an offer, Max stepped in and walked us through the entire contract on the phone which was very helpful to us as first time home buyers.The entire process was very smooth with Amy and Max, we highly recommend them.

When I decided to start looking for the first home to buy at the start of 2022/end of 2021, I didn't know much about real estate. Max Devries was one of the few realtors I reached out through a recommendation service, and to be completely honest, the reason I went with Max was because he was the first to respond to my inquiry. But having lived in my new condo for close to half a year now, I am really glad I went with Max Devries. His team was really responsive, from scheduling showings of listings, to contract negotiation (we negotiated to a little below the asking price), and to all the steps involved in the closing process (including getting the seller's agent to provide documents they were slow in providing).I would recommend (without any reservation) Max and his team to anyone looking to buy a home in the Bay Area.

I would highly recommend Amy and Max as your realtor. I was looking for a realtor I could trust and after meeting Amy for the first time I knew I could trust her and Max. Amy was very responsive while navigating the home selection process. Amy and Max provided excellent advice throughout the entire process but also when deciding when a property wasnt the best option for me. My advice to any buyer or seller would be to pick a realtor you can trust especially if you are a first time homebuyer like me!

Amy Sine goes above and beyond for her clients! We were renting and wanted to buy, but we were not sure if we could even afford a house in Livermore big enough for our family. We were looking for a realtor who was personable, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs and wants. We met Amy and I immediately knew she was our realtor. She really understood our struggle. She explained her process of getting to know us and what we were looking for in a house. She found a house we could afford, but, unfortunately, an investor was also interested. Amy didnt stop there.
