Not once did Katelyn make us feel stupid for asking very basic questions or asking the same thing over and over again. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped us navigate this crazy market. She somehow worked out deals that sellers actually entertained when it seemed like all they wanted was 50k over asking. In the end when we finally closed on a house that we never thought was possible, Katelyn was there, emotional with us and genuinely happy for us. When she handed us the keys to our new house, my fiancA(C) and I were excited but at the same time, sad. Sad that we werent going to get funny texts about houses, honest life advice and amazing friendship. We seriously couldnt have done this without her.
