In the end when we finally closed on a house that we never thought was possible, Katelyn was there, emotional with us and genuinely happy for us. When she handed us the keys to our new house, my fiancA(C) and I were excited but at the same time, sad. Sad that we werent going to get funny texts about houses, honest life advice and amazing friendship. We seriously couldnt have done this without her. What can I say about Katelyn... I typically don't write reviews unless someone has provided me with bad service. The Real Estate expertise that was provided to me and my wife by Katelyn was nothing short of amazing. I felt an obligation to provide this stellar review. Our sale was not an easy one for a typical Real Estate Agent. We had renters inhabiting our property that had specific health driven requirements in order to show the property to potential buyers.
