He got our house staged and an offer accepted in 5 days as well as getting our offer accepted on our dream home the following week! He was prompt to do any and EVERYTHING, from getting reports, estimates, asking the right questions to the right people and not dealing with the 'mouse/cat's games a lot of inexperienced realtors try to play. He has a very broad range of contacts, so there was never an issue with getting things done, QUICKLY.... for example, My husband took down part of the fence on the home we were selling, an hour before closing ??, with the Uhaul and the buyers were watching.
