If you want an agent that respects you, takes the utmost initiative for every aspect involved in selling a home and is always available, contact Maurice Spaulding!! He got our house staged and an offer accepted in 5 days as well as getting our offer accepted on our dream home the following week! He was prompt to do any and EVERYTHING, from getting reports, estimates, asking the right questions to the right people and not dealing with the 'mouse/cat's games a lot of inexperienced realtors try to play. He has a very broad range of contacts, so there was never an issue with getting things done, QUICKLY.... for example, My husband took down part of the fence on the home we were selling, an hour before closing ??, with the Uhaul and the buyers were watching. He was humiliated. Maurice said, "Do not worry, I have this under control. Head on over to the closing". He had someone there repairing it in 10 mins and over saw the whole job from start to finish. I truly don't think we could have gotten to this dream house without his assistance and knowledge.

Answered all the questions I had. Top selling point for my husband and I is that he had knowledge beyond his job title and he explained to us in detail things to look out for and what type of future impact it could have on us. Maurice is a class act! He is very professional and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. He has a great grasp of what his clients are looking for and works hard to find homes that meet these expectations. Maurice shows a willingness to go above and beyond for his clients and make the whole process seamless. Evidence of this is how during the closing the Listing Agent went on and on about how easy Maurice was to work with. He mentioned how easy he was to get a hold of and and how Maurice seemed to be proactive with every step making working with him effortless. It is easy for me to talk on and on about the positives of someone I hired to be my agent, but when the Listing Agent for the home I purchased cant say enough good things too you know you're working with a true professional! Another thing I really appreciated is I never felt rushed. Maurice knew what I was looking for and knows that sometimes a home can check all the boxes and still just not feel right. Maurice never made me feel pressured to pick a house, and was eager to help me find another home to look at if the previous one wasn't a match. Maurice is relatively new to real estate, but you would never know it. He has a knack for business and it shows.
