Moe was able to speak to anyone that needed an understanding of the market situation and helped me navigate through the byzantine bureaucracy of NY coops. He always kept a positive outlook and was courteous, personable, and responsive. We were able to quickly get an offer and just closed on the sale despite the COVID times and interest rate obstacles.

ZillowVERIFIEDI used mourice to rent my home for a summer rental.I had the house under renovations up until the last minutes and could only make it safely available for viewing about two weeks before the move in date.He thought my offing price was in the right range and it seemed like he had the right tenants in mind when he was first able to see the house. Once available for viewing within 2 days he brought two offers in my price range and we settled with a lovely young couple with a new born baby.Since the construction was pretty much being completed on the move in day the house need a good cleaning and Maurice was able to put together some people to help me get the house cleaned up. That was a great help!Maurice continues to stay involved with me as we move forward on trying to set up the winter rental or annual rental and has already got me a few prospects.I would highly recommend him to anyone and have myself many times already.
