Maurice is an excellent agent. He started by getting our preference in what type of home we were looking for and what price range and area we were looking for. He jumped straight into action and found us several home to look at. When we were willing to place an offer he gave us his expert input and sent us comps to see if we were making the correct decision and not over pay. He truly cares about his clients getting the best deal. He always responded quickly to all my texts, emails, and calls. He even responded when he was out of town with his family. He always accommodated to our work schedules and took very good care of us. In this crazy market we lost out on 2 houses because people overpaid. When it came down to the house we purchased we also were out bided by a high price cash offer. When that deal did not go through there were other offers slightly better than ours. Maurice is the reason we got the house. The sellers agent mentioned to the seller that if they wanted the deal to go through escrow and close without any issues then they should accept our offer because they knew Maurice was on top of all the paperwork needed and the lender they use is great. The seller agreed and we actually closed ahead of time. If it wasnt for for Maurice we would still be looking for a house to purchase.
