Did great homework for me, held numerous face-time walk-throughs, was very transparent in her opinions of properties, never tried to sell me something she would not buy and completed earned my trust. My second purchase almost turned into a legal mess with the other side due to some shenanigans they were playing (too long for this review,) and Diane took them to task and did not let give them an inch and held their feet to the fire until they did was right!!
