I have seen a LOT of homes and Matt typically would see and mention important information that directly impacted the decision whether to purchase or not. He understood what was important to me, and drew on his many years of experience to critique and analyze the condition and risks of each home. Matt also has high EQ and is a people person, so his negotiating skills are exceptional! Matt was able to negotiate an additional $10K discount on a house that had very recently been discounted.
