Although I can't speak for others, reading their glowing reviews, I could see Matt's expert handiwork reflected in all of them. In a nutshell: Matt is the best realtor I have EVER known. And I have dealt with many ! Matt is not only knowledgeable but ethical, patient, and I doubt you will find better ANYWHERE.- I am a VERY picky buyer and needed to see many homes before focusing on this home I am happily writing this review from, in Holland, VA purchased in the late fall of 2021.Matt was patient, made himself available to see and carefully comment about both the good (AND the bad, even if it cost the sale) of the different homes visited. I have seen a LOT of homes and Matt typically would see and mention important information that directly impacted the decision whether to purchase or not. He understood what was important to me, and drew on his many years of experience to critique and analyze the condition and risks of each home. Matt also has high EQ and is a people person, so his negotiating skills are exceptional! Matt was able to negotiate an additional $10K discount on a house that had very recently been discounted.
