Prior to his successful career in real estate, he worked for social nonprofits and NGO's abroad, empowering marginalized communities. Most recently, Matthew held a position in business management at a leading global provider of IT solutions and services, overseeing an annual budget/portfolio of $10 million. In addition, Matthew values giving back to the community and is involved in mentoring youth, including high school students interested in higher education, at-risk fifth-grade boys, and first-generation middle schoolers. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys fishing, live entertainment (from sporting events to performing arts) and learning Vietnamese. On the weekends you can find him enjoying nhou with his friends and family. He is also a real estate investor himself, with a rental portfolio in Massachusetts, specializing in residential multi-family properties, catering to experienced investors, first-time investors exploring house hacking opportunities, and beyond.
