Our home selling experience with Matthew Skiba as our realtor was nothing short of fantastic. My husband and I were very nervous at the prospect of selling our first home and dreaded this whole process, but Matt set our minds at ease from the very beginning. His advice saved us both time and money. When other realtors advised to do all sorts of home "remodeling and staging" that would have cost us literally thousands, Matt was much more mindful of our pocketbook and told us the bear minimum needed for us to get the house in order to sell.
