Kelli was the ideal realtor for me after my wife died. She is not only extremely knowledgable of the real estate market in Newport News, Virginia but her interpersonal skills are invaluable. She certainly taught me about the realities of the real estate market and relieved me of unrealistic expectations of return on the house. The house needed substantial repairs beyond a new roof which I had installed. Kelli through her vast network of contacts made arrangements with a slew of contractors.
