Updated 2/25/2021Fact is, Sandy McKnight was terminated because of her poor listening skills, communicating lies and false information, poor organizational skills, slow follow up, and no sense of urgency. What was documented on her Facebook was very mean spirited and hateful and clear signs of someone very bitter. In addition, I find it amusing that no sooner after she was terminated, she removed those mean-spirited posts from her Facebook account to try to cover it up. With that said, a person has every right to terminate a working relationship with someone who is sneaky, spiteful, and has a bitter, negative attitude. This entire experience is all well documented and can easily be proven with numerous documented emails, texts messages, Zillow alerts and notifications, and phone calls etc. Furthermore, this review is truthful and is in no way fabricated as I would have no reason no lie and nothing to gain. Purpose of this truthful and honest review is to share my experience and to raise awareness so that others are not negatively impacted by her. Sandy McKnight should learn from this experience, rather than come up with excuses and passing blame. DISAPPOINTED!!! STAY AWAY!My family missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity because Realtor Sandra McKnight gave bogus/false info without properly researching, failed to listen and pay attention, and poor follow up skills. Her lies and misinformation resulted in me having to do extensive research to find the answers that were needed to make informed, educated decisions. Hours that have been spent wasted as the property is now under contract with another buyer! A property that I inquired about as a potential buyer a week ago IN PERSON!!!!! I asked to see the property via text on 2/4/21 and made the trip on 2/5/21, with a 1:00pm cst appointment time. Bear in mind, I traveled almost 3 hours on 2/5 from Kansas City, MO to Osage Beach, MO, with a disabled family member who's wheelchair bound, expecting to see this property and another condo (less than a mile away), and to personally meet Sandra McKnight for the first time. When we arrived at the first property, the homeowner was actually there and was not aware that we were coming! Clearly, Sandra failed to follow up and confirm the appointment time with the listing agent and/or the seller before we arrived. Totally inconsiderate to the seller and the potential buyer!! I soon asked about the second condo showing. Sandra more or less blew me off "claiming" there were "probably renters". Seriously?! It then became obvious that Sandra made ZERO EFFORT to schedule the showing even though I asked to see it on 2/4. Furthermore, she made no effort to even call about it when we were was standing face to face and less than a mile from the second condo!!! FULLY KNOWING the 3 hour drive I just completed, AND the 3 hours still left to drive to get back home to KCMO! I honestly feel that Sandra didn't care and just didn't want to be bothered with making these arrangements, much less take the time or make an effort to actually help us. This whole experience was a complete and total waste of time, gas, energy, and money. I suppose it's possible that real estate agencies do things differently at Lake Ozarks. Here in Kansas City, MO when you have a property listed for sale online (especially one on the market over 190 days!) showings are pretty much ON DEMAND. Showings can be scheduled within an hour, if not sooner. Everything is automated via phone, online, texts, and emails! With today's technology, there is absolutely no reason why Sandra couldn't have done more to accommodate our family's special needs and requests. The word disappointed doesn't even begin to express how we feel.Save yourself the heartache and disappointment and stay far away from Sandra McKnight as there are better realtors out there who actually care about helping people and will provide a service that is world class and beyond.
