I think I've worked with every type of client in residential RE. Luxury Home Sales, VA Clients, Investors, First Time Homebuyers, Downsizers. Families, Relocations.

I had a client who had to buy and sell at the same time. On the listing side, we were able to negotiate an over asking price offer with a partial appraisal waiver and a free leaseback. The house didn't fully appraise at the offer price, but hit the partial waiver number allowing my clients to sell at the over asking price offer. On the buy side, we are able to negotiate over 8k in seller concessions to install an entire new AC system for their home. They also got the sales price at a discount because other buyers were worried about the AC.

My wife and I got into real estate investing first. I listened to thousands of hours of RE investing podcasts and grew to love the benefits of owning RE. Then in 2020, the company I worked for as a Physical Therapist went out of business (and no one was hiring during peak Covid) so I decided to get my RE License. I have loved being a realtor and haven't looked back since. It's a great profession for my personality / strengths and for a healthy work / life balance.

1) RE is my second career. I have been through a lot of schooling having been a Physical Therapist before this. I think that has made me well rounded in my RE career. 2) I remodel and sell (flip) homes...I feel that I have a better idea of rehab costs and general home condition than almost any standard realtor.
