Matt was very dedicated in guiding us to the perfect home that fit our needs and wants. Matt not only has years of experience in the real estate business, but he has constructed homes as well. This experience was extremely helpful when viewing the craftsmanship and build of homes. Both my husband and I are new to the Brainerd Lakes Area, so having someone from the local area guiding us to the right neighborhood and location was immeasurable. Matt went well beyond regular realtor duties, including contacting who built homes find the answers to questions we had, finding parts and tools needed for the inspection, checking items we purchased from the seller and recommending local vendors for improvements we plan to make. Matt helped me on a shortsale that was a stressful and complicated process. I couldn't be happier with what he and his team did for me. Despite the bank being difficult and being away from the area due to miliitary orders; his team got the job done for me and I would use him again. There was a ton of paperwork and the home recieved water damage to a broken pipe. Matt negoitated and got the price the bank wanted without having to do 17K worth of repairs.
