My experience in home building and residential sales allows me to keep my clients well informed with the appropriate information needed, as well as detailed market insight so that they are able to make the best decisions possible. I like to make sure that my clients and I have a clear understanding of their goals, timelines, and specific needs that need to be identified for maximum efficiency and satisfaction. Matthew was great at the start of the house hunting experience. The contract on the house went ok, but after that we felt left behind. Matthew had other commitments which he shared with us and that was ok, We expected another representative from Keller Williams to take his place only to find out the the sellers agent was the one to meet us at the final walk thru the day before closing. The sellers has turned off the power to the house and we could not check anything to see if everything worked. There was also no representative at closing. Matthew did contact us at the closing table, but I thought Keller Williams should have had a repetitive there. I guess things are handled differently in Tx. I had two representatives at my closing in Tn.

Matthew was very helpful in our search for a new home. He helped us know what things would cost to upgrade and worked hard to help us find a great home. Matthew knew how to list our house and worked hard to drive traffic to it. We got a good offer and were able to sell and upgrade to the house we found.
