Absolutely impressed with Matts responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and patience to my endless questions as I was not from Daytona Beach. We looked and looked for what I wanted and Matt was enthusiastic to help me find it. He even went to houses using FaceTime and with my sister as I was back and forth from another state. He found what I was looking for and even let me know it would go fast. He did not exaggerate. 3 bidders in 24 hours. Even after the house closed, I can still call him for information not only about the house but about the area and he always responds.
