Matt Litwack was extraordinary. He had a good scope of the housing market in STL, wide as it is , he was able to tailor that breadth to my needs specifically. We werent easy to please! My familys needs were complex, he was thorough and patient with us until we met just about every stipulation sought after. He was knowledgeable in maneuvering aEUR~the deal, with the sort of quiet confidence that comes from experience to be able to maximize negotiations for sale or buy. We actually had the experience to do both with Matt. When the market or circumstances promoted hastiness or rashness, he was a voice for measured restraint. The impulse was to play the short game, but in the midst of discussions with Matt, it was clear he was playing chess amongst we who were playing checkers. His team at Berkshire were top notch as well. Hes got enough connections to help with the buying process holistically- Title, loan, municipality regulations. We couldnt have asked for a better person to help us find the perfect home for us. He made us feel like we were a top priority. He never pressured us or tried to push us into a house that wasnt the right fit. He is experienced and helped guide us through the process.
