She was integral in our process of moving across country during the pandemic, with an infant and market that was like no other time. She videoed endless properties, worked off our time zone even if it was when she shouldve been sleeping, and even was able to get a slow HR department to forward employment documentation. She returned my emails quickly (even the late night and early morning messages), answered my phone calls when available and if she was busy, she returned the calls in a timely manner. On the rare occasion she didn't have an answer at her fingertips - she'd get back to me. Valerie was professional and personable. Always on time for our appointments. A real trooper at times - participating in the not so fun parts of septic & general home inspections - traipsing through muddy grounds without the proper gear. No request was too annoying.
